Being listed on WebDecky does not necessarily mean that WebDecky created, owns, or endorses the product.
5. Buying Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product through WebDecky, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information required to complete the purchase.
- Pay the applicable price and any applicable charges.
- Use the purchased product according to its applicable license or usage terms.
- Not redistribute, resell, copy, share, or otherwise misuse a product unless expressly permitted by its license.

You must not use WebDecky's tools to:

- Abuse third-party systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebDecky, Web Tools Lab, and their respective officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Your infringement of another person's rights.
- Your misuse of marketplace products.

21. Account Suspension and Termination

- Abused the marketplace.

Where mandatory consumer laws apply, those rights will continue to apply to the extent required by law.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
26. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules expressly referenced by these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and WebDecky regarding your use of the Service.
