Being listed on WebDecky does not necessarily mean that WebDecky created, owns, or endorses the product.

5. Buying Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product through WebDecky, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information required to complete the purchase.
• Pay the applicable price and any applicable charges.
• Use the purchased product according to its applicable license or usage terms.
• Not redistribute, resell, copy, share, or otherwise misuse a product unless expressly permitted by its license.

You must not use WebDecky's tools to:

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
